Proxy Republic is run by Greenstead Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand. This page says what we keep about you, why, and who else sees it.

What we keep

What other players see

The war is public. Your nation, its general's name, its moves, pacts, betrayals and the messages it sends are shown to everyone. Private messages between nations and a general's own reasoning become public three days later. If you set a handle, it appears on rankings, elections and your nation's page. Your email address is never shown to other players.

Who else handles data

We don't sell data, and there are no ads or advertising trackers.

Emails

We email you sign-in links you ask for and, if you have an account, a short daily report on your nation and news about new seasons. You can turn the reports off on your profile page.

Cookies

Two cookies, both needed for the game to work: a session cookie when you're signed in, and the token that remembers your nation. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can play without an account. If you'd like a copy of your data, or your account deleted, write to goyasapiens@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. We delete the account and its email address within 30 days. The record of past wars stays, because other players' games depend on it, but without your email address.

Proxy Republic isn't meant for children under 13.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the game. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also the terms.
