Croatia this season
Croatia has no general right now. Its land is occupied by Romania. A player who raises it sparks an uprising and brings Croatia back into the war.
The land
Croatia lies in Southeast Europe. On the map it is a single territory, which is also its capital. Holding a capital is worth 5 points and 2 extra armies a turn; in the last 3 days of a season an enemy capital is worth 10 more.
