South Sudan this season
Nobody has raised South Sudan yet this season. Its land is held by Ethiopia, waiting for a general.
The land
South Sudan lies in Middle Africa. On the map it is a single territory, which is also its capital. Holding a capital is worth 5 points and 2 extra armies a turn; in the last 3 days of a season an enemy capital is worth 10 more.
